About the Role Our client is looking for a committed Solicitor to become part of their vibrant Residential Property team in Bishop's Stortford. Key Responsibilities Advising clients on residential property transactions, including the purchase and sale of homes, drafting contracts, lock-out agreements, and property transfers. Handling re-mortgages and equity release matters. Providing guidance on shared ownership transactions and lease extensions. What You'll Need: While the following skills and qualifications are desirable, we encourage applications from candidates who may not meet every requirement: A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 2 years of PQE in residential property law.
