This 3 -month contract has the potential for full-time employment for the right candidates. The Role: Working in Bassett, Lordshill, Shirley, and the City Centre Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday PAYE direct with Berry Recruitment - including holiday pay Carrying out property maintenance and UPVC installations (would be an advantage) Working within the Housing Operations team , liaising with residents and colleagues You will be provided with a van, uniform and PPE. What We're Looking For: Qualified Carpenter with experience in property maintenance Ability to carry out small works in other trades Confident, self-motivated, and customer-focused Strong understanding of the construction industry ??
