Field Merchandiser / Field Sales Support Executive

Kenect Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Field Sales Support Merchandiser. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys a mix of travel and local work. You'll spend 2 nights a week away in beautiful areas like Cork and Kerry, with the rest of the week based across Northern Ireland. The Role: This is a Field Sales Support role, combining merchandising and light sales support. Youll be working closely with store teams to maintain product displays, support sales managers, and occasionally take customer orders. Youll also work hand-in-hand with customer service and sales managers to help boost product visibility and sales. Ideal background: Merchandiser Store Manager Assistant Manager Were looking for someone who: Is a people person and naturally builds relationships Is well-organised and happy working independently Is comfortable using a tablet device Can make product recommendations to increase sales Is confident taking orders from customers when needed Is happy staying away from home 2 nights a week Is comfortable booking hotels and claiming back expenses (just keep your receipts) Holds a full UK driving licence Whats on offer: Salary circa £30,000 Monthly bonus scheme Company van Simple expenses process If youre passionate about retail, love meeting new people, and want a dynamic role with variety and autonomy this could be the perfect fit.
