Reporting to the Head of Operations you will lead process improvement projects across the site. Work closely with multiple departments and help deliver CI projects on time and in budget. Analysing and reporting on production processes, methods, schedules, downtime, cycle times, availability of machines and waste management. Support the transition of new tools to production by designing and implementing jigs, tooling, frameworks etc. Liaise will toolmakers with regards to new tools/ improvements to tooling. Reviewing and calculating the costs of the different tools and equipment in the production process and predicting the overheads in future production requirements Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
