CS Construction Staffing in partnership with our client a Tier 1 civil engineering contractor delivering high-impact projects across the UK, Europe, and Internationally. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Streetlighting & Civils General Operative to join our team on the North Lanarkshire Project. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out general civils and streetlighting maintenance work Operating vehicles (HGV/small & large plant) and conducting routine checks Supporting highways and track works operations Participating in both winter and summer standby/emergency response rota Maintaining accurate records and adhering to H&S regulations ✅ What We’re Looking For 12 months’ experience in electrical civils operations & maintenance Confident operating vehicles & small plant (HGV Class 2 licence preferred) Essential Certifications : 12D RTM Operative (Mod 1/2) Abrasive Wheels Manual Handling Mini Excavator Qualification Street Works Card (required) Full UK Driving Licence (required) The Right Fit Self-motivated and solution-oriented A strong communicator and collaborative team player Safety-conscious with a proactive work ethic What You’ll Get in Return Competitive salary: £25,000 – £36,500 Company vehicle for business use Enhanced pension contributions Employer Assistance Programme Enhanced paternity pay & sick leave Life insurance & wellbeing support On-site parking free parking Legal Information: We act as an employment agency for permanent work and as an employment business for temporary work.
