This is a brilliant opportunity to lead engaging, data-driven marketing across education, events, membership and clinical guidance - all while championing sexual health. What you’ll be doing: * Designing and delivering standout campaigns to retain members and reach new audiences * Creating brilliant copy across emails, blogs, social media and print * Managing audience segmentation to ensure every message hits the right note * Leading marketing for events, qualifications and flagship medical journals * Owning their content calendar and collaborating across teams * Analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve results * Ensuring everything aligns with their values, brand and GDPR best practice * Supporting event content and providing occasional support to the CEO What you’ll bring: * Proven track record of creating and delivering multichannel campaigns * Experience with email marketing platforms, social media and CMS tools * Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for detail * A love of data and using it to inform smart marketing decisions * Knowledge of GDPR and how to apply it * Ideally, experience in a membership or education organisation * Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and CRMs Passionate about purposeful marketing?
