Corporate and Commercial Solicitor – Sheffield A leading law firm in Sheffield is seeking a skilled Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 1-3 years of experience in a reputable law firm to take the next step in their career. This position offers exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including distribution and agency agreements Advising on terms and conditions for goods and services Providing guidance on data protection and privacy laws Handling mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions Advising on financing, loan documentation and corporate structures Drafting and negotiating partnership and LLP agreements Collaborating closely with clients to provide commercially sound legal solutions Contributing to business development and marketing to strengthen the firm's profile The firm is looking for a Solicitor who can manage their own caseload while working collaboratively within a high-performing team.
