Family Solicitor, Shropshire | Excellent firm About the Role We are currently looking for a skilled and compassionate Family Solicitor to join an established firm in Shropshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in family law who is committed to delivering excellent client service and achieving the best outcomes for clients during sensitive and challenging times. Key Responsibilities Handling a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial settlements, and child arrangements Advising clients clearly and empathetically on legal rights, options, and processes Representing clients at court hearings and during negotiations, where necessary Preparing and reviewing legal documentation to a high standard Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Requirements Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience in family law Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills A sensitive and professional approach to emotionally charged issues Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently Commitment to client care and building lasting client relationships Desirable Experience with legal aid family work (though not essential) Membership of Resolution or similar professional organisation What they Offer A friendly and supportive working environment Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career progression Flexible working options considered How to Apply If you are a dedicated family lawyer seeking a new challenge in Shropshire, we would be pleased to hear from you.
