Previous experience working with Autism (ASD) or Special Educational Needs in a school setting?? Confidence supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups (phonics experience desirable)?? Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff?? Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach?? Strong behaviour management and communication skills??
