Client Relationship Executive Location: Loughborough Type: Full-time, Temporary or Temp-to-Perm Salary: £16.41 per hour / £32k salary equivalent SF Recruitment is partnering with a leading organisation in Loughborough to recruit a Client Relationship Executive. This role, based in our office with hybrid flexibility, requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial setting and is passionate about delivering excellent service. This is a fantastic opportunity that could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound telesales activities to drive business growth. - Proactively follow up on warm leads and identify new business opportunities. - Confidently close sales and contribute to commercial targets. - Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong, long-term relationships. - Understand client needs and offer tailored, bespoke solutions. - Respond to product, pricing, and delivery enquiries. - Support targeted sales campaigns alongside internal teams. - Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems. - Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client service. Requirements: - At least 2 years' experience in a sales, account management, or client-facing role. - Strong communication skills. - Comfortable working to targets and closing business. - Confident using CRM systems.
