Graphic Designer Coventry Up to £30,000 The Company An independent membership organisation where no two days are the same are looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to raise awareness of the huge range of services available. Working closely the Communications and Marketing team you will work on a variety of exciting projects, developing visual content across both print and digital platforms. What’s on offer * 36.5 hours a week – early finish on a Friday * 35 days holiday * Hybrid working 3 days in the office * Pension * Death in Service What you will do as Graphic Designer * Create engaging, high-quality artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) * Develop creative concepts from initial brief, ideation and iterations through to final delivery * Supervise and mentor part-time Junior Designer, helping to develop skills and maintain quality output * Design assets for a variety of materials including publications, posters, adverts, flyers, web and social media content * Liaise with external suppliers to ensure artwork meets print specifications * Use Asana to manage workflow and keep stakeholders updated What you will need as a Graphic Designer * Experience in an in-house, agency, or freelance design role * A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating marketing and promotional design across print and digital * Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic/Digital Design or related subject * Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) * Understanding of social media design and marketing ID: 9287
