Finance Director

SF Group are excited to be working with a business in search of a Finance Director. This position is within a fast-paced and complex business environment. You'll lead the UK finance function, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and meaningful commercial insights - all while maintaining compliance with SOX and US GAAP requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the UK finance team, overseeing all aspects of financial reporting and compliance Ensure adherence to SOX controls and US GAAP accounting standards Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in line with group deadlines Act as a strategic partner to the UK leadership team, influencing decision-making with robust financial insight Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and variance analysis Support the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems and controls Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and group finance teams globally About You: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience in a senior finance leadership role Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and US GAAP reporting standards Commercially focused, with the ability to add value beyond the numbers Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment What's on Offer: Salary up to £90,000 per annum Bonus and benefits package
