This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-respected private establishment with a great working atmosphere and stable hours. Key Duties Include: Clearing rubbish and bottles from the plate wash area and returning bottle trolleys. Cleaning and restocking crockery in the larder and hot pass, ensuring all items are spotless and ready for use. Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and well-organized. Ensuring rubbish trolleys are cleaned regularly. Supporting the kitchen team with hygiene-related tasks as directed by senior chefs. Adhering to all hygiene protocols and safe chemical handling procedures. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working in a small team is desirable. A reliable and proactive work ethic. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Good communication and timekeeping. Ability to stay focused and prioritise tasks under pressure.
