Front of House/Bar Staff

Job Summary: We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented Front of House/Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The Front of House and Bar Staff will also be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare food and drinks according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized dining area Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a customer service, food service or bar service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Salary: £12.50-£13.50 hourly wage based on experience for 18, £7.55-£10 for under 18.
