Stock Control Manager - Maghera area

Expert are working in partnership with their Maghera based client to recruit a Stock Control & Supply Chain Manager. This is a Permanent role and offers an excellent opportunity to work with a local Company who are prominent within the Civil Engineering sector in NI & ROI. Working Hours: 9.00am - 5pm, Monday to Friday Salary negotiable Duties Manage the overall stock control with the company Ensure accuracy and integrity of stock records using the in-house stock app Develop and implement plans for improvements with the company stock control processes Manage and maintain relationships with internal stock consumers e.g. sub-contractors and PB staff with regard to stock control procedures Interact and maintain a positive relationship with suppliers and clients eg NBI where free issue materials are provided Manage PB stock team including stock controllers at site yards Ensure stock wastage is minimised according to company and client standards. Organise and undertake regular stocktakes of free issue materials including cycle counting Ensure adherence to client stock reporting deadlines Other duties as required Role will require Mixture of office based and travel to PB yards (ROI) and stores Experience using computerised stock system Good knowledge of MS office particularly Excel.
