Small Animal Vet – Norfolk

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Head Small Animal Vet to lead a dedicated team in Norfolk. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary up to £75,000 FTE, reflecting the expertise and leadership qualities required for the role. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the veterinary team, ensuring high standards of clinical care and customer service. Provide expert veterinary consultations, diagnostics, and treatments for a wide range of small animal cases. Mentor and support junior veterinarians and support staff, promoting continuous professional development. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance with veterinary regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering compassionate care and advice. About You: RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with a valid UK license. Proven experience in small animal practice, with a strong clinical background. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing or mentoring a team.
