Learning Support Assistant

Do you have a passion for education and working with primary school-aged children? Hoop Education is seeking dedicated individuals with a background and passion for education and care to join our team as Teaching Assistants in RCT. Responsibilities : Work closely with the class teacher to provide a high standard of education to all pupils. Support small groups of children or work on a 1:1 basis with pupils who have additional learning needs. Adapt to working with children of varying ages, from KS3 to KS4. Requirements : Flexibility, enthusiasm, and adaptability. An enhanced DBS check (assistance available if needed). Ability to speak Welsh is preferred but not essential.
