Our clients, a well-established independent practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Leeds area to join their team This is an opportunity to join a well-structured business, offering stability and a strong basic salary Working Hours: Full time Remote / work-from-home basis Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor: Basic salary ranging from £50,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience Annual bonus, based on turnover Mileage Allowance Equipment As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve: Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Survey work – Level 1,2 and 3 Surveys Requirements for Residential Surveyor role: Experience as a practising Surveyor Minimum 3 years’ experience Experience in Party Walls and Dilapidations preferable. Minimum AssocRICS qualified
