Job Title: Primary School Teaching Assistant Location: Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistants to join our team in Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot. The ideal candidates will have experience working in primary schools and a genuine passion for working with children. Key Responsibilities: Supporting classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education. Assisting with lesson planning and preparation. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students. Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Supervising children during activities and breaks. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Previous experience working in a primary school setting. A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are preferred.
