Senior Associate / Legal Director – Corporate Team | Top 100 Law Firm | Hybrid Working | Salary £80,000 - £110,000 My client, a leading and entrepreneurial Legal 100 firm, is looking to expand their highly successful Corporate team in Birmingham by adding a Senior Associate or Legal Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest and most respected corporate teams in the UK. The team is consistently ranked in the top three across all UK regions for M&A activity and has excelled in recent years due to a growing client base and high-quality work. Due to the increasing volume of work, they are looking for a talented corporate lawyer to help continue their success and growth. Key Responsibilities: Advise on a wide range of corporate law matters, including M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate governance. Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge on corporate law issues and share expertise with colleagues across the team. Contribute to business development and identify networking opportunities, both internally and externally. Support and mentor junior members of the team. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional client service. About You: 5 years PQE with a strong grounding in corporate law. Excellent technical knowledge, drafting skills, and commercial acumen. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues and clients alike. Proactive, ambitious, and highly organised with a keen attention to detail. What We Offer: Hybrid Working: Flexible working arrangements with a mix of office and remote working. Salary: Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £110,000 (dependent on experience).
