Job Description
NEW ROLE: Account Manager | Camberley | £35,000 – £40,000 I’m currently working with a leading company in the cleaning and hygiene supply space , known for delivering high-quality products and expert advice to a wide range of clients — and they’re now looking to bring on board a talented Account Manager to join their team in Camberley . About the Role : This is a full-time, on-site position , ideal for someone with a passion for customer relationships, commercial growth, and problem-solving. You'll be the main point of contact for your clients, offering tailored solutions and making sure their needs are consistently met. Key Responsibilities : Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts Building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction Recommending the right products and solutions based on client needs and budgets Identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to business growth Working collaboratively with internal teams to meet delivery expectations Meeting KPIs and sales targets Addressing any issues quickly and professionally What They’re Looking For: Previous experience in account management, B2B sales or customer-facing roles Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Organised, proactive, and commercially driven Confident communicator with a professional approach Experience in the cleaning/hygiene industry is a plus Degree in Business or related field is advantageous What’s on Offer: £35,000 – £40,000 base salary Supportive, friendly work environment Clear progression opportunities and development support Flexible working hours On-the-job training Long-term stability with a well-established business If this sounds like a great fit for you — or someone in your network — Apply and I will reach out to discuss further !
