About The Opportunity: Home based/Office based (3 days a week) – North West London £30,000 - £38,000 basic Up to 20% bonus Pension 4% Life insurance Income Protection Health cash plan – Claim back towards health treatments 25 days holiday An exciting opportunity has arisen to assist the growth of their Sales & Service division. The Internal Sales Team Leader position represents an excellent opportunity to join a true market leader that can offer a genuine career path, a focus on personal development, an ability to take control of your career. On top of your basic salary, you will receive an excellent benefits package. With interest gaining momentum for our client from customers across Fleet, OEMs & Insurance companies, the business now needs a robust team to mange those customers once they have been onboarded. The Team Leader will: Provide day-to-day support for sales advisors. Manage performance and motivate team. Handle coaching and delivery oversight. Support their manger in project work and process improvements. Helping to develop a customer service policy. Handle escalation enquiries from customers. Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service. Desired Skills & Experience A proven Team leader with a passion for forging team relations. A proactive worker who is self-motivated to and used to being in a fast-paced environment. A strong presenter and communicator. Strong reporting and commercial skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Have excellent interpersonal skills and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude. A self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and managing their diary effectively. Confident and articulate in all forms of communication and is able adapt their style to suit each situation or audience.
