Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold and freehold matters, new builds, and shared ownership properties Advise High Net Worth clients on complex, high-value transactions Build strong relationships with clients and agents, acting as the main point of contact Support marketing and business development initiatives Handle referrals from other departments and ensure smooth client transactions Draft documents, manage enquiries, and oversee transactions from instruction to completion Keep up to date with residential property law What They're Looking For: Commercially aware with strong technical knowledge in residential conveyancing (2 PQE or relevant experience) Well-connected in the Cardiff property market Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently If you’re a Residential Conveyancer seeking an opportunity with a forward-thinking, employee-focused firm, we would love to hear from you.
