UX Researcher

We are looking for a passionate UX Researcher to join a leading global tech company, renowned for driving innovation and shaping the future of digital communication. This is a remote role based in the UK. What you’ll do: Design and conduct end-to-end primary research using a mix of methods (e.g., in-depth interviews, focus groups, usability testing, concept testing). Analyse data using statistical methods such as regressions, ANOVA, and T-tests with tools like R, SQL, STATA, or SPSS. Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights to influence product and business decisions. Develop and deliver research roadmaps supporting product strategy and go-to-market planning. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists. Champion user-centricity across the organisation. What we’re looking for: 5 years of experience as a UX Researcher 3 years of experience conducting primary research using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field. Strong experience coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent. Skilled at applying statistical analysis methods and executing primary research hands-on. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and actively seek feedback. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex findings into compelling narratives. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to high-quality, rigorous research.
