Advise a wide client base including: farming families, landed estates, investors, banks as well as private individuals Manage your own caseload across broad property types including: Listed buildings, high value rural residential properties & unregistered land Advise on complex farm/agricultural property transactions from bare land, working farms and large estates Projects will include: farm diversification and renewable energy projects, nutrient neutrality issues Advise on support payments and tenancies, rights of way, environmental issues ( all aspects of the sale, purchase and mortgaging of agricultural land and farms) Work closely with and be supported by other departments including real estate, energy & planning What will you need?
