This assignment is available from mid-July through to the end of August. The Role A locum assignment for a residential conveyancer with a strong knowledge base and a minimum of three years’ experience in property conveyancing. The appointed locum will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of transactions, including freehold, leasehold, Help to Buy, new build, shared ownership, and lease extensions.
