Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP projects Plan and deliver workshops, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication Ensure projects meet scope, time, and budget requirements while maintaining quality Provide senior oversight and mentorship across other ongoing projects Identify and manage risks, proposing mitigation strategies and ensuring transparency Key Skills Required ✅ Proven delivery of multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations at scale ✅ Strong client-facing consulting background with relationship-building skills ✅ Full lifecycle experience delivering Oracle-based HCM/ERP solutions ✅ Experience in pre-sales, RFPs, and bid support ✅ Eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (SC Level) Join a trusted Oracle partner and play a key role in delivering mission-critical programmes while shaping the future of Oracle Cloud project delivery.
