Location: Central Hertfordshire Job Title: Property Litigation Solicitor A leading and longstanding regional law firm in Central Hertfordshire is looking for a property litigation solicitor as they expand to meeting client demand. You'll be joining a team with an outstanding reputation locally, who act for a number of large developers and managing agents. You will manage your own caseload of property disputes matters, including: Commercial property disputes Dilapidation claims Party wall actions Business tenancy renewals Forfeiture of leases Service charge recovery Possession actions Newly qualified solicitors with exposure to property litigation matters during their training contract are encouraged to apply, as are solicitors who are currently working in a busy property disputes team.
