HR Manager

An opportunity has arisen to join this successful and growing SME professional services organisation as HR Manager. Salary up to £70k Benefits. 2 Days per week on site in Birmingham. Occasional travel to other National sites. Reporting into the HR Director you will partner with Senior stakeholders across the offices understanding how the People strategy can support the broader business objectives. Alongside the development and mentoring of your direct report, the HR Advisor, you will proactively support Engagement initiatives, reward and recognition, and performance. Working with a diverse employee base you will have experience partnering Senior stakeholders, and enjoy both strategic and operational elements of the role. You will enjoy working as part of a small, collaborative HR function that is well-regarded within the organisation.
