You’ll be the engine behind consolidated reporting, long-term forecasting, and performance analysis, working closely with both brand finance teams and head office to deliver clear, actionable financial intelligence. You’ll partner with the BI team to bring innovation to the finance function — simplifying, automating, and enhancing the way we report and plan, making sure we’re always one step ahead. Reporting into the Director of FP&A and Commercial Strategy, this is your chance to step into a business-critical role where you’ll shape not just the numbers, but the strategy behind them along with hge growth potential. What you'll be doing: Lead consolidated reporting across the business Build and evolve long-term financial models that guide real decision-making Own the budgeting cycle and provide variance analysis to senior stakeholders Manage cash flow forecasting to support operational efficiency Partner with business units to bring numbers to life Drive process improvements and automation alongside the BI team Collaborate cross-functionally and externally (banks, market intel, etc.) What we're looking for: Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, and modelling Excel whizz with sharp analytical skills Strong communicator who can influence and partner at all levels A detail-driven operator who can still see the bigger picture Benefits Bonus scheme Flexi start times On-site café, parking Wellbeing & legal support Strong L&D culture
