We're Hiring: Business Systems Analyst | Manufacturing & Digital Transformation Location: Hatfield (Hybrid – 2–3 days WFH) Type: Permanent Are you passionate about digital transformation and smart manufacturing? We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing systems. You’ll join a dynamic team that's leading the transition to a smarter, more integrated and data-driven operation, including major initiatives like Smart Factory development and warehouse expansion. What You’ll Do : Manage the full lifecycle of manufacturing business systems, including platforms like MES, SAP ERP, and Tulip. Lead system integration and technical project delivery within a GxP environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT. Support smart factory initiatives, including electronic batch record systems and new product introductions. Mentor and support junior team members, helping build technical expertise across the department. What You Bring : Solid experience supporting IT business systems in a regulated (GxP) environment. Working knowledge of GAMP 5 and system integration best practices. Hands-on experience with MES platforms and SAP ERP (especially ECC). Strong technical and analytical skills across IT infrastructure and application support. Bonus if you’ve worked with Tulip, ServiceNow, or within the pharmaceutical industry.
