We're growing a new remote-first team and looking for a Content Seeder to help drive authentic engagement inside some of the most active forum-style digital communities on the web. If you love jumping into threads, sparking discussions, and seeing your content rise through the upvotes—this is your moment. You’ll join a fresh UK-based team and work closely with an experienced French-speaking content squad with deep roots in digital community culture. What You’ll Do: Design content seeding strategies tailored to French-speaking online spaces. Identify and engage in the right communities —the ones where content thrives naturally. ✍️ Craft compelling posts (text, memes, visuals, videos) that fit the voice of each community. Seed content authentically , participating in discussions to encourage organic visibility. Monitor engagement and optimize based on community response and performance data. Stay in the loop on trending threads, hot takes, and viral topics within the French internet scene. ✅ What We’re Looking For: ️ Fluent French speaker with cultural fluency in both language and internet behavior. Regular user of community-first platforms —you understand subcultures, etiquette, and tone. Sharp instinct for what content will resonate, rise, and start conversations. Great at jumping into online discussions and blending in with a native voice. Bonus Points: Experience creating content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Twitter/X. ️ Background as a community moderator or curator on forum-style platforms.
