The Job: Treasury Finance Director The Company : Private Credit Fund Manager The Location : City of London The Opportunity Leading UK-based private credit fund is looking to take on a hands-on Treasury & Finance Director to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated finance hire and directly shape the financial strategy of the company. The Responsibilities: You will manage cash flow statements, financial forecasts, and FX exposures. You’ll oversee loan records, portfolio monitoring tools, and ensure accurate reporting to investors, enhancing your expertise in debt management and financial structuring. As the point of contact for investors and senior lenders, you’ll build relationships that directly influence financial strategy and ensure compliance across all aspects of the business. You’ll be responsible for leading crucial systems and processes that affect the entire company, such as portfolio monitoring tools and compliance reporting, positioning you as a leader within the organisation. The Requirements: Extensive experience in bringing in business Minimum of 3 years in treasury or finance roles, with experience in financial management, loan portfolio oversight, and investor relations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management, investors, and third parties.
