Multiskilled Engineer – North Colonnade – £47,000 – Immediate Start We’re looking for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer, ideally with a mechanical bias, for a permanent position at a corporate site in North Colonnade, London. This is a single-man site, so the right candidate will be confident working independently and taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the building. Role Details: Location: North Colonnade, London Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm Salary: £47,000 per year Start: ASAP Contract: Permanent Holidays: 25 days bank holidays Pension: Statutory Key Responsibilities: Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance Mechanical systems including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves General building maintenance and fabric work Site documentation and compliance Client interaction and issue resolution Requirements: Mechanical bias preferred, but open to experienced multiskilled engineers Strong background in commercial building maintenance Able to work on own initiative and maintain a high standard of service This is a great opportunity to join a well-maintained site with a good client and long-term stability.
