EMIR Business Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our leading financial institution to implement EMIR Regulatory projects focusing on Data Lineage, Data Transformation, and redevelopment of the Regulatory Reporting Operating Model. Key Responsibilities Lead change initiatives addressing regulatory requirements and strategic initiatives Manage project governance and facilitate working group meetings Develop controls to address gaps in regulatory reporting frameworks Create comprehensive project documentation (requirements, test plans, risk trackers) Requirements Experience with EMIR Transaction Reporting and regulatory change implementation Knowledge of OTC/ETD derivative products Proven track record implementing financial services projects, particularly in capital markets Experience documenting business and technology requirements Strong stakeholder management skills across technology and business teams Skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities at senior management level Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Visio and Project McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
