Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Inverness, Scotland Coverage Area: Inverness and Surrounding Areas Industry: Chemical Manufacturing Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the chemical or related industries. Strong understanding of the distillery, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
