Job Description
Our client has an immediate need for a CRM Architect to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise and Solution Architecture you will lead and support architecture activities that guide the development and management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. The role aligns CRM technologies with the organization's broader technology landscape to address business needs and enhance stakeholder value. The architect designs and implements CRM solutions, including integrations, automation, and application interfaces/contracts. The CRM Architect also provides architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for the CRM domain. They propose standards, frameworks, and processes to support CRM initiatives and collaborate with enterprise architects, domain architects, consultants, and product teams to align solutions with the organization’s architecture principles and standards. *This is a hybrid role based in the Edmonton area Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Facilitate and collaborate to deliver CRM business outcomes. Translate business strategies into CRM solution architecture. Lead the design and analysis of CRM solutions. Solution Delivery: Define principles, guidelines, and standards for CRM solutions. Develop roadmaps for the evolution of the CRM solution portfolio. Documentation and Mentorship: Create and maintain CRM technology standards and documentation. Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to support teams. Problem/Issue Resolution: Address CRM-related issues and liaise with clients to resolve problems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field. 5 years of experience in implementing and managing CRM solutions. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Strong expertise in solution architecture disciplines, including business, application, data, cloud, and security. In-depth understanding of integration and automation processes. Familiarity with database technologies and application development frameworks. Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps. Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to propose innovative solutions and assess the financial impact of architectural decisions.
