Senior Accountant

Job Description: A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a dynamic finance team in Montague Gardens. If youre analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to lead on financial reporting and compliance, this role is for you. Location: Montague Gardens, Cape Town Key Responsibilities: Management Accounts review and analyze with full supporting schedules Balance Sheet Reviews & Reconciliations Fixed Asset Register oversight Audit File Review and Finalization Budget Review for Group Entities Review VAT201, EMP201 & SARS queries Prepare Provisional Tax Calculations Employment Equity Plans & Social/Ethics Compliance Prepare Rebate & Advertising Calculations Maintain and Manage Sales Reports (DevExpress) Perform Data & Cost Analysis (Excel / Power BI / SQL) Work directly with the Financial Director on daily operations Requirements: CA (or equivalent qualification) 510 years bookkeeping and accounting experience Advanced Excel skills are essential Experience with SQL or Power BI is advantageous Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills
