Job Description
Minimum Requirements: Matric Relevant degree will be advantageous At least 5 years relevant experience Well-spoken and fluent in English Switchboard experience Must be fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Outlook) Duties will include: Welcoming guests upon arrival to the premises Answering and managing customer calls and enquiries with professionalism Transferring calls to appropriate staff members in accordance with client needs Organizing and filing incoming mail, invoices and delivery documents Taking messages and ensuring timely delivery to the relevant personnel when unavailable Overseeing the scheduling and availability of conference rooms Performing various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
