This role will be part of a team that manages data protection initiatives for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, including procurement, licensing, collaborations, and development projects. Provide legal and regulatory guidance on business operations and compliance issues. Support and enhance the company's Data Protection Management Programme, including advising on new initiatives, conducting impact assessments, managing incident response, and developing policies and training. Requirements: At least 3 PQE in an in-house legal team or law firm, with expertise in privacy and commercial matters. Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice under time-sensitive conditions and excellent drafting and communication skills, especially when conveying legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. Experience in data protection is highly advantageous; certifications such as CIPP/A or CIPP/E are a plus. Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
