About the role Reporting to the Head of Regional Wealth Management Operations, the VP will be responsible for driving and delivering the Regional Wealth Management Operations (WMO) Target Operating Model across various investment products and segments. They will collaborate with stakeholders including WMO teams from different locations, other Operations Units, Technology, and Business units to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities Assist the Head of Regional Wealth Management Operations in driving and implementing the Target Operating Model for Wealth Management Operations across different investment products and segments. Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve client experience, and ensure regulatory compliance through digital transformation and automation. Monitor operations across locations to ensure adherence to policies, processes, and controls. Address risk and control issues by reviewing gaps, closing them, and sharing best practices across locations. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business and technology partners. Requirements Degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant project management experience in Wealth Management and Private Banking Operations. Hands-on experience with the Avaloq System is an advantage. Strong control mindset with the ability to identify key issues and root causes. Attention to detail, with the ability to manage schedules and deliver under tight deadlines. Experience in organizations undergoing Agile transformation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present analytical findings. Decisive, solution-focused, with strong analytical skills to organize and analyze large amounts of information accurately. Self-motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn new skills and techniques.
