This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to transition in-house and gain exposure to a broad range of legal and corporate governance matters. Responsibilities In this role, you will report to the Regional Lead Counsel and collaborate with each country's local counsel to ensure compliance with the organization's corporate governance policies. You will coordinate with external corporate secretary providers to ensure statutory compliance and timely updates of directorship changes. You will also support global and regional projects, prepare memorandums in collaboration with local counsel, review agreements and legal documents related to transactions and initiatives, and provide day-to-day legal and governance advice to stakeholders. Requirements The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer admitted to a Commonwealth bar, with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience. You should be self-motivated, proactive, a strong team player, and confident in engaging with colleagues at all levels.
