Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic legal professional to join our Asia Equities team as a Vice President or Executive Director . In this role, you'll work closely with our trading and client financing desks, supporting a wide range of exciting products including equity OTC derivatives, corporate equity solutions, structured equity-linked products, and cash equities. What You'll Do: Act as a trusted legal advisor to the Equities and Client Financing Solutions teams. Review and draft term sheets, transaction documents, and pitch materials for structured equity transactions across Asia. Provide legal guidance on products, transactions, and strategic initiatives. Support the team with legal advice on unique and time-sensitive matters as they arise. Advise on key lifecycle events and unexpected developments impacting trades and client relationships. Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market and regulatory changes, and guiding the business through necessary adjustments. What We're Looking For: At least 8 PQE in equity derivatives or structured products obtained in an international law firm and/or investment bank. Team player with flexible and agile approach to work, proactive and detail oriented. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A confident communicator who can simplify complex legal topics for business stakeholders.
