Head of Project Management (Construction) (BH-80188) Location: Singapore, Singapore THE COMPANY Our client is a leading global company in the construction industry, seeking a Head of Project Management to join their team. This role will oversee multiple construction development projects, lead a team of project managers, and ensure the successful execution of high-impact initiatives that support operational excellence and long-term growth. THE ROLE As the Head of Project Management, you will be responsible for: Overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from tender preparation to construction and completion. Providing technical input during tendering and collaborating closely with contract management teams. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and government agencies. Proposing actionable strategies and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required. Minimum 15 years in project management, preferably in infrastructure or civil engineering, with exposure to large-scale projects.
