JOB DESCRIPTION Guarantee the physical integrity of the company's employees through the practice of a Safety Culture, planning, coordinating, and monitoring all necessary actions to promote the highest level of Industrial Safety culture and awareness among employees. DUTIES • Develop and monitor compliance with the Annual Industrial Safety Program based on national and international regulations. Mexican Official Standards, ISO 45001, OSHA. • Collaborate on new projects for safety validation and compliance. • Intervene in critical activities or operations. • Direct and monitor compliance with legal requirements: Mexican regulations. • Develop and monitor databases of workplace accidents, substandard conditions, and substandard acts. • Create and evaluate Industrial Safety indicators. • Report on indicators at the corporate level. • Organize and monitor safety training plans: Brigades, drills, and training courses. • Lead the Industrial Safety team. JOB REQUIREMENTS OR PROFILE • Demonstrable experience in Industrial Safety. • Experience in preparing reports and developing regulations. • In-depth knowledge of national and international safety and health regulations. Required Education • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
