Sr Software Engineer - Mobile

Join our team to lead and drive the development of scalable, cross-platform mobile solutions. This role is responsible for managing a department and delivering impactful projects, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business and user needs. Key Responsibilities Lead medium to large-scale mobile engineering projects, delivering solutions across platforms (iOS, Android). Translate requirements into scalable mobile solutions, design UI components, and ensure cross-platform compatibility. Write and develop mobile code (e.g., JavaScript), perform testing, and resolve issues across devices. Collaborate with project managers to guide strategy, timelines, and implementation plans. Supervise and mentor team members, fostering development, inclusion, and diversity. Lead the discovery phase of mobile projects, helping shape strategy into sustainable technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve mobile production issues by performing deep root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes. Support business needs by evaluating feasibility, identifying technical solutions, and facilitating cross-functional resolution. Solution Design & Analysis Evaluate trade-offs while designing components based on business requirements. Contribute to solution architecture with knowledge of distributed systems, design patterns, scalability, telemetry, and non-functional requirements. Assist in designing components/modules using MVP principles and disaster recovery strategies. Requirement & Scope Analysis Gather, classify, and analyze requirements (Functional/Non-Functional) using tools like traceability matrices and risk assessment techniques. Anticipate risks early during the requirements phase and recommend corrective actions. Contribute to the creation of user stories and ensure alignment with business goals. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Build relationships with stakeholders, support business initiatives, and ensure compliance with company values and ethics. Provide project direction, feedback, and code/design reviews for mobile engineering teams. Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization. ✅ Minimum Qualifications Option 1 : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 3 years of experience in software engineering. Option 2 : 5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or mobile development.
