Responsible for analyzing business processes Identifying opportunities for improvement Implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. What you’ll bring: Experience with Quick Service Restaurant / Retail industries. Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders & the development team. Closely collaborate with business stakeholders to gather their needs, document them, and prioritize what’s most important while ensuring the tech solutions align with business goals. Break down requirements into user stories and create organized backlogs. Collaboration with cross functional teams to implement solutions. Team up with QA teams to validate acceptance criteria, assist in UAT testing, and verify that business requirements are fully met before product releases. Adopt various tools developed by AppBank Engineering team to automate failures using machine learning techniques and notify discrepancies in the health of production and automation of health-restoration, with a focus on continuous measurement of risk and cost.
