Job Description

As a Service Excellence Analyst (SEA) , you will be responsible for maintaining and raising InfoSec service standards by implementing automation, tracking KPIs, and analyzing performance to improve service delivery and quality. Key Responsibilities Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), OKRs, and SLAs for InfoSec. Identify improvement opportunities through performance data analysis. Implement automation to optimize service delivery and efficiency. Prepare reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure a reliable and efficient service experience. Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Experience & Required Skills Experience in performance data analysis and dashboard creation. Technical expertise in metrics management and tools like Tableau Prep, Power BI, Power Tools, etc. Solid understanding of service methodologies and performance metrics (KPI, OKR, SLA). Preferred certifications: CISA, CISSP , or equivalent. Languages Advanced English Core Competencies Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
