Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This role will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and will work closely with senior HR management in the areas of recruitment, , benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR policy implementation. Responsibilities Knowledge of policies, regulations of STPS, LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT and Mexican governmental Laws Personal attention Payroll administration (Asistance, past due payments, overtime authorization, vacations and disabilities) Weekly report of internal contract application Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance.
