Vendor Data Analyst

Job Overview Join our growing team! We are currently seeking a Vendor Data Analyst to be a part of our talented team in Mexico - San Luis Potosí. Responsibilities Data Management: Maintaining and updating vendor master data in ERP systems, including creating new records, updating existing information, and managing vendor blocks, holds, and reactivations. Data Quality: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of vendor data, identifying and resolving data quality issues, and conducting root cause analysis. Process Improvement: Participating in continuous improvement projects related to vendor data management processes, and contributing to the development and implementation of new processes. Data Governance: Supporting data governance practices by ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures. Collaboration: Working with procurement users, process owners, and other stakeholders to maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information. Reporting and Analysis: Providing data and root cause analysis to support continuous process improvement, and generating reports as needed. Requirement Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience as a vendor English advanced Experience with ERP systems - SAP, Oracle, or JDE Problem-Solving Skills Communication/Customer Service Skills
